All competitors enter and participate in this Championship entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
World Sailing, IRSA, the International One Metre International Class Association, the Organizing Authority, and all other persons or organisations involved in the organisation and conduct of the event accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by any person or property, whether ashore or on the water, arising from or in connection with participation in the Championship.
Each competitor is solely responsible for the safety of themselves and their boat, including the decision to participate in, start, continue racing, or retire from any race.
By entering and participating in the Championship, competitors are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these conditions.
